Open the Startup tab at the top and note what's there. Right click on your task bar and open Task Manager Of Windows 10 and that font does not exist in my fonts folder. The items within your fonts folder should be read-only by default (if you right-click on c:\windows\fonts and click properties you will see this). This looks like something related to third party software. Any advice / help would be greatly appreciated. This is the only reason I can see for the boot delay in the log but I don't know how to fix it. I don't have that particular font installed on the system that i can find. Path: C:\Windows\Fonts\FiraSansOT-RegularItalic.otf Because there are so many i guess they add up to a long boot time. I used Process Monitor to do a boot log and I can see loads of the following entries which seem to cause 20 second delays each time. I have tried a clean boot with same issue and also safe mode. It's normal if I shut down then start but, if I do a restart the problem occurs. Since then the PC takes FOREVER to boot on a restart. Download Microsoft Teams and install it again.I recently upgraded from win7 pro to win 10.

If Microsoft Teams is stuck on the loading screen for more than five minutes, you’ve likely run into a problem. This may be because the app is trying to connect to Microsoft’s servers, verifying your sign in information, or because your system is slow. The loading screen may remain on the screen a little longer for some users than it does for others. It appears for a few seconds before you either see the Sign In screen, or you’re taken to the Microsoft Teams interface if you’re already signed in. When you launch Microsoft Teams, you see a brief splash/start-up screen that says ‘Loading Microsoft Teams’ at the bottom left.
